Warwickshire Family Connect is the single point of contact for safeguarding concerns relating to children and young people in Warwickshire. Formerly known as the Front Door, Family Connect brings together professionals from children's social care, education, health, police and other partner agencies to share information and assess concerns about a child's safety and wellbeing.

When a child may be at risk of harm or requires additional support, schools and other professionals can make a referral to Family Connect. The service reviews information from all relevant agencies and determines the most appropriate response, which may include advice and guidance, Early Support, targeted services or statutory social care intervention.

Parents and carers can also contact Family Connect directly if they are concerned about a child's safety, wellbeing or if they feel their family would benefit from additional support. Referrals can be made by contacting Family Connect on 01926 414144.
